Industrial Manual Bellows Shutoff Globe Valve – Flange Type, Steam & Water Use
The bellows-sealed globe valve is equipped with a double-walled stainless steel corrugated bellows at the stem seal, working in tandem with graphite packing for added leak protection. It also features a precision-machined flat sealing surface between the body and seat, which maintains a tight seal and ensures dependable, long-term performance—even as the valve stem moves.
1.The bellows serve as the core component of the bellows valve. Constructed using automatic seam welding, the bellows are securely joined to both the valve disc and the valve stem, ensuring the durability and reliability of the stem assembly.
2.This valve features a dual-seal design combining a bellows seal and packing. The bellows provide the primary metal-to-metal seal to prevent leakage, while the packing acts as a secondary seal, offering extra protection in the event the bellows fail.
