Engineered for reliability, the CB Series Y-Type Strainers are available in both PN40 flanged and Class 300 configurations. Their robust screen chambers are designed to prevent leaks and resist crushing, even under high pressure and temperature conditions.
Both ends of each chamber are precisely machined, creating perfectly round and smooth seating surfaces along with a consistent chamber length. This precision ensures that the screen seats tightly against the machined surface, eliminating any gaps where oversized particles could bypass filtration. As a result, only particles smaller than the screen opening pass through, delivering clean media and protecting downstream valves and equipment from contamination and damage.
