The Y-shaped filter screen chamber is designed to be leak-proof and resistant to deformation, ensuring reliable performance under pressure. Both ends of the chamber are precision-machined, resulting in a perfectly round and smooth valve seat surface, as well as a consistent chamber length.
This precise construction allows the filter screen to sit tightly against the machined surface, preventing any particles larger than the screen opening from bypassing the filtration area through the ends of the filter. As a result, only media within the specified particle size range passes through, protecting downstream valves and equipment from contamination and damage.
