A42Y-160/320 Safety Valve PTFE Coated Spring for Chemical Industry Corrosive Gas Applications
The A42Y-160/320 series safety valves are high-pressure, spring-loaded safety relief valves with a counter-disc holder structure, designed for special gas and corrosive medium applications. Standard models (A42Y-160/320) are suitable for air, N₂-H₂ mixed gas, and water media at temperatures below 200°C, while P/R variants (A42Y-160P/320P, A42Y-160R/320R) are engineered for corrosive gas/liquid media, with PTFE-coated springs to resist chemical corrosion.The counter-disc holder design ensures stable pressure relief and rapid response to overpressure, making them ideal for overpressure protection in high-pressure gas pipelines, chemical equipment, and industrial process systems.
