TD 42
Description
The TD thermodynamic steam trap utilizes the Bernoulli thermodynamic principle, leveraging the dynamic characteristics of condensate flow velocity and volume as it passes through the valve orifice. The pressure differential between the inlet and the pressure chamber drives the disc disc to open and close the valve seat, thereby blocking steam and draining water.
1.lts three equally spaced drain holes ensure a balanced seating of the disc when the valve is closed.
2.The discs are manufactured using a precision lapping process each matched to the desired design, for superior sealing performance.
Installation Precautions
1.Proper installation and maintenance of this valve are the only guarantee of safe and proper operation.
2.Verify that the valve body material, maximum pressure, and maximum temperature ratings meet the operating requirements.
3. Clean the pipeline and remove any debris before installation.
4. The valve should be installed at the lowest point in thepipeline, with the flow direction aligned with the direction marked on the valve body.
5.After ensuring safe system operation, slowly open the valve upstream of the trap to allow it to gradually warm to normal.
6.Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper operation ofthe trap.
