TD 63
Description
The TD thermodynamic steam trap is based on the Bernoulli thermodynamic principle. lt utilizes the dynamic characteristics of condensate flow velocity and volume as it passes through the valve orifice. The pressure differential between the inlet and the pressure chamber drives the disc disc to open and close the valve seat, thereby blocking steam and draining water.
1.Three equally spaced drain holes ensure a balanced seat when the valve is closed.
2.A built-in bimetallic ring air bleed device ensures fast startup.
3.The disc is manufactured using a precision lapping process, with individual matching and excellent sealing performance.
4.The removable main valve seat design allows for online replacement of internal components, reducing maintenance costs.
Installation Precautions
1.Proper installation and maintenance of this valve are the only guarantee of safe and proper operatlon.
2.Verify that the valve body material, maximum pressure, and maximum temperature ratings meet the operating requirements.
3.Clean the pipeline and remove any debris before installation.
4. The valve should be installed at the lowest point in the pipeline, with the flow direction aligned with the direction marked on the valve body.
5.After ensuring safe system operation, slowly open the valve in front of the steam trap to allow the system to gradually warm up to normal operating conditions.
6.Perform regular maintenance to ensure the proper function ofthe steam trap.
