Thermodynamic Dynamic Steam Trap for Efficient Condensate Discharge
The TD Thermodynamic Steam Trap functions based on Bernoulli’s thermodynamic principle. It takes advantage of the dynamic characteristics created by the pressure difference between the inlet and the seat orifice. This pressure differential allows the trap to block steam while efficiently discharging condensate, ensuring reliable and energy-saving operation in steam systems.
1. Designed with three uniformly distributed drainage holes to ensure balanced disc seating during closure, improving sealing performance and extending service life.
2. Integrated bimetallic ring automatically vents air for fast and efficient system startup, reducing warm-up time and preventing steam loss.
3. Each disc is machined to exact tolerances and individually lapped to achieve an exceptional seal, minimizing steam leakage and enhancing reliability.
4.The main seat is designed for easy removal, allowing in-service replacement of internal parts without removing the entire trap, significantly lowering maintenance and repair costs.
