The AFT series flash tank is a high-efficiency condensate recovery device designed to separate flash steam from high-temperature condensate in industrial steam systems.it features flanged and threaded connections, ensuring rapid flash steam discharge without water entrainment. The vertical, compact structure minimizes footprint while maximizing separation efficiency, making it ideal for steam heating systems, condensate recovery loops, and industrial boiler applications to recover waste heat and reduce energy consumption.
2.Standard operating pressure is 1.35MPa; other pressure ratings available upon request.
3.Standard design temperature range: -18'C to 210°C.
4.Standard product suitable for various operating conditions and loads.
5.Flash steam recovery tank provides low-velocity flash steam with no entrained water.
