The X-series air vent efficiently removes non-condensable gases, ensuring stable operation under fluctuating steam pressure. Available in DN20–DN32 BSP threaded connections (customizable to BSPT/NPT standards), it is ideal for heating equipment, condensate recovery systems, and steam pipelines to maximize heating efficiency.

1.This valve provides rapid, timely, and continuous discharge of saturated condensate, ensuring no water accumulation within theheating equipment and achieving maximum heating efficiency.

2.The valve core and seat sealing surfaces are made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable.

3.The seal utilizes a semi-spherical structure, which has been carefully matched and polished for excellent sealing performance.

4.The semi-spherical seal eliminates concentrated wear during operation and provides a long service life.

5.A float-driven lever automatically adjusts the opening of the drain valve seat, ensuring continuous operation and stable performance despite fluctuations in steam pressure. hot gases, eliminating vapor lock and providing excellent non-condensable gas removal performance.
